What is Underlogo?
Underlogo is a daily featured company billboard. Businesses book slots to showcase their brand and logo to visitors every day.
How does the Billboard work?
The Billboard refreshes daily with five tiers of slots — Spotlight, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Copper — each offering different sizes and visibility. Companies book slots using Credits.
What is the Spotlight tier?
The Spotlight is the largest, most prominent slot on the Billboard. It's awarded via daily auction — bidding is open until 23:59 UTC the night before, then locks. The winner is announced at 00:01 UTC when the new day begins. If you're outbid at any point, your Credits are refunded immediately.
How are the other tiers different?
Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Copper are fixed-price tiers. Book a slot, pay the listed Credits, and your logo appears on the Billboard for that day. No auction — first come, first served.
What are Credits?
Credits are the currency used on Underlogo. Purchase them with a credit card via Stripe and spend them to book Billboard slots.
Are Credits refundable?
Purchased Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you are outbid on a Spotlight auction, your bid Credits are returned to your account balance automatically.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your email, upload your logo from the dashboard, and you're ready to book slots on the Billboard.
Can I cancel a booking?
Fixed-price bookings for future dates may be cancelled with Credits returned to your balance minus a cancellation fee. Spotlight bids follow auction rules — you can raise your bid but cannot withdraw it. Bidding locks at 23:59 UTC the night before, so no last-second changes are possible.
Can I book slots for future dates?
Yes — you can book any tier up to 365 days in advance. Your logo, company name, and website link will appear on the Billboard on the date you choose. Plan ahead for product launches, events, or seasonal campaigns.
When does my logo become visible?
Your logo goes live on the Billboard at 00:00 UTC on your booked date. Until then, only you can see your own booking when previewing that future date — other visitors just see available slot counts.
Are there discounts for booking early?
Booking further in advance costs less. Slots booked 30+ days ahead are half price, and 15–29 days ahead are 25% off. Same-day bookings cost double the base rate. Planning ahead pays off.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, do not store payment card details (handled by Stripe), and follow the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
